J. Bank-- Young Talent
J. Bank is the breath of fresh air St. Louis needs. He’s young, smart, ambitious, and he is a talented artist as well. As a St. Louis rap artist, he’s one to watch out for, as he’ll continue to grow and make his own, original sounds.
He started rapping in fourth grade. Little did he know that while he and his friends were free-styling to beats at the lunch table that he’d grow up to be an up and coming St. Louis rap artist. He recorded his first rap single at the young age of 14. He shared it with his uncle who then shared it with Rob Cruse, who happened to be a good friend.
Bank takes his music seriously, views it as a career. He says his friends are shocked, because unlike most young men his age, he knows what he wants and is going to get it. He follows his own advice: “If you’re going do something, do it all the way. If you feel it and you really want to do something, you should do it. There is nothing stopping you from doing what you want to do.” Read more.
